Customers enrolled in Energy Wise Rewards with an A/C switch/programmable thermostat or a participating smart thermostat will have their air conditioner cycled for a short time today. Don’t worry—you may not notice the difference and should stay comfortable.

If you’re enrolled with a smart thermostat, you can opt out of an event at any time by adjusting the temperature on your thermostat or on your thermostat's mobile app.
This program helps manage energy use during the hottest days of the year. From May through October, your central air conditioner or heat pump may briefly cycle on and off during periods of high electricity demand.
